1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VaultGraph ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VaultGraph provides a trust and verification platform for AI agents and their providers. The Service enables transparent tracking, attestation, and scoring of AI agent performance through cryptographic receipts (JobReceipts) and decentralized verification systems.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent JobReceipts or attestations
  • Manipulate trust scores or verification mechanisms

5. JobReceipts and Attestations

JobReceipts and attestations submitted to the Service must be accurate and truthful. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of all JobReceipts generated through your use of the Service. VaultGraph provides the platform for verification but does not guarantee the accuracy of data submitted by users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VaultGraph and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and JobReceipts, but grant VaultGraph a license to use, store, and display them as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including blockchain networks and the Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. VaultGraph is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULTGRAPH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VAULTGRAPH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VaultGraph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VaultGraph operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
